Most engagements are billed on an hourly basis in accordance with the Solicitors Remuneration Order. Fixed fees are available for standard conveyancing, company incorporations and straightforward family matters. Every engagement begins with a written cost estimate so you know what to expect.

Our lawyers are admitted to the Malaysian Bar and practise in the Magistrates Court, Sessions Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Federal Court across Malaysia. We advise on matters governed by Malaysian federal law as well as Sabah and Sarawak state legislation. Cross-border matters are handled in cooperation with vetted overseas counsel.

Absolutely. We conduct consultations via video call or phone for clients across Malaysia and overseas. Document signing and verification can also be arranged remotely where Malaysian law permits. Simply indicate your preference when submitting your inquiry.

For most new matters we can complete intake and a conflicts check within one business day and begin substantive work shortly after. Urgent matters — such as injunctions or time-sensitive commercial disputes — should be flagged clearly in the inquiry form and followed up by phone.
